This is why I haven’t been around much. C and I are very busy preparing to move in the Spring, working on many 4H projects and starting up our small homestead farm, Corva Bella.

We just recently acquired a kunekune weanling boar, and a flock of chicks! We have chicken coops and runs, and raised garden beds to assemble, house plans to choose, and hundreds of tulip and daffodil bulbs to plant. And fruit trees!

Corva Bella represents the gradual transitioning to a more quiet and sustainable life, in tune with nature and the environment. The last fifteen years have been a wild ride. One in which I ended up living in the most unlikely place (Hilton Head Island, SC) in order to have support while raising my Son. Four years ago, my Son and I left the “Island of Misfit Toys” and started putting down roots in beautiful Upstate South Carolina.
